- Service requires an adult present (18+)
- Access conditions will be assessed on-site
- Items exceeding operational thresholds (e.g., oversized/400+ lbs) may require this service

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
ORDER PROCESSING:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.
This includes:
- Verifying your payment
- Preparing your items for shipment
- Scheduling a delivery time if needed
ORDER TRACKING:
After your order ships, we will send you an email with carrier details and tracking numbers. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

RETURNS & SERVICE FEES
For orders delivered with Room of Choice or White Glove service:
- Original packaging must be retained for returns
- Service fees are non-refundable once shipment is dispatched, unless due to product defects
REDELIVERY POLICY
Changes to scheduled delivery must be made at least 2 business days in advance.
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Orders placed on Weekends will be processed starting the next business day.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states), excluding:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
We do not deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Parcel lockers
- Locations deemed inaccessible or high-risk
